Dear first-year students!

On September 1, you need to come with documents to the Department of International Relations at the address: Samara, st. Chapaevskaya, 89, room 107 from 14:00 to 18:00.

You can get a password to enter EIOS (electronic information and educational environment) through its recovery function ( is.samsmu.ru/eios , link “Forgot your login or password?”) to the mail specified when filling out the application for admission.

Structural divisions of management:

Department of Academic Mobility and Recruiting

  • responsible for recruiting specialists and organizing the recruitment of foreign students for basic educational programs;
  • organizes the academic exchange of students and faculty, scientific, pedagogical and medical workers of the university abroad;
  • forms and maintains an up-to-date database of grant programs for academic mobility.

Department of International Cooperation and Education

  • coordinates the international activities of the university departments;
  • promotes the participation of the university in international events: in international rankings, international accreditation of educational programs, scientific and practical conferences, educational exhibitions, in competitions for grants from various international organizations in the implementation of international research and educational programs of higher and postgraduate education;
  • contributes to the expansion of academic and scientific contacts with educational, scientific and other foreign organizations,
  • organizes and supervises the educational process for foreign students in basic and additional educational programs.

Department of visa and migration support

  • is responsible for organizing visa and migration support for foreign students studying at the university, as well as foreign specialists arriving at the invitation of the university on an official visit.
