Invitation

An invitation to enter the Russian Federation is a document that is the basis for issuing a single entry visa to a foreign citizen for entry into the Russian Federation for a period not exceeding 90 days.

To issue an invitation, a student (his legal representative) applies to the Department of International Relations with an application addressed to the rector of Samara State Medical University.

Documents and information required for issuing an invitation:

• a copy of the first page of the passport (the passport must expire at least 6 months after the expected expiration of the visa);
• place of birth of a foreign citizen (city, country);
• full address of residence abroad (including country, city, street, apartment);
• estimated date of arrival in Russia;
• place of obtaining a visa abroad (the city in which the embassy of the Russian Federation is located );
